RobotAtom structural handoff tool

What evidence will the structural designer receive?

Build one document handoff for one robot configuration. Keep the load source, installed structure, reviewer and unresolved question together. This tool does not calculate loads, size anchors or approve an installation.

Keep the source beside a unit conversion

Convert one stated quantity only: N ↔ kN for force, or N m ↔ kN m for moment. Preserve its sign, load case, axis and coordinate-frame reference. Do not use this to infer a quantity from a conflicting source label.

Unit conversion withheld

  • Enter a finite representable numeric source value; unknown is not zero.
  • Load case, axis and frame reference missing.
  • Source document and revision reference missing.
  • Source quantity and units need confirmation; do not repair an ambiguous label here.

Unit conversion only; not a load combination, structural design, capacity or safety approval. The source is not inspected and the confirmation is your recorded statement. Changing units does not make cases simultaneous, change axes or mounting orientation, establish a limit, or resolve uncertainty in the original value.

Entries stay in this tab and local download. Aggregate events contain no entered values or references. Numerical display uses ordinary browser arithmetic; retain the source precision for qualified review.

Set the configuration before assigning documents

Use document references rather than sensitive drawings or project details. Entries stay in this tab until you download them; closing it discards them.

Does the installed geometry match the reviewed baseline?

Comparison method added 8 October 2026. Record the controlled drawing revision beside the installed survey or as-built reference. Keep a difference, an unknown and a documented no-change finding distinct. Identical document names do not prove matching geometry.

Stand geometry and location
Plate and robot interface
Fasteners and anchor layout
Supporting structure or substrate

4 geometry rows awaiting review or references. Checking a box cannot clear missing references. No geometry measurement, load calculation or approval is performed.

Assign evidence and the next action

Receiving a document and recording an engineer's disposition are different steps. Record rejected proposals and limitations in the reference and next-action fields.

Manufacturer load cases, coordinate frame, units and document revision
Application motion, payload states and load-estimate assumptions
Stand, plate, fastener and anchor interface drawings
Existing structure, substrate and site constraints
Structural design review and unresolved questions
As-built installation records and commissioning prerequisites

6 rows awaiting review or references

4 configuration fields remain blank. No readiness score, design acceptance or permission to commission is issued.

The file is generated locally. Aggregate tool-use events contain no entered answers or document references.

Use the exact manufacturer's instructions

Unit record added 16 October 2026. BIPM defines kilo as a factor of 1000. Convert force and moment only within their own families. The reviewed UR18 SW5_25 table has force-column unit labels that conflict with its quantity definitions; this worksheet imports none of its numbers and does not correct that ambiguity.

Universal Robots' UR18 PolyScope 5.25 guidance distinguishes normal and stopping loads and discusses stiffness, fatigue and tip-over. Those instructions belong to that documented robot configuration. ISO 10218-2:2025 addresses industrial robot application and cell integration; its public scope does not supply a foundation design.

The register is RobotAtom's handoff method, not a standard's required form. Qualified structural, integration and site-safety owners decide what evidence and approvals the actual project needs. Do not test motion on an unapproved structure to fill a missing record.
