RobotAtom load-state record

Which load state does the evidence describe?

Compare the empty tool with one loaded case. Missing inputs stay visible, even when another state has a complete report.

Name the components behind one mass subtotal

Record each distinct attached component once for one operating state, such as a named empty or loaded tool. Use kg for every row and cite the mass source. Leave unknown masses blank. If a supplied assembly value already includes a component, do not enter that component again.

Component 1

Mass subtotal withheld

  • Operating-state name missing.
  • Row 1: component name missing.
  • Row 1: enter a finite non-negative mass in kg; unknown is not zero.
  • Row 1: mass source reference missing.

Entered components only; completeness and capacity unverified. A distinct name does not prove that parts are physically separate; check supplier assemblies for hidden overlap. The worksheet does not inspect source files, identify omitted parts, combine centres of gravity or inertia, or compare a robot limit. Qualified review must establish those boundaries.

Entries stay in this tab and the local download. Aggregate tool-use events contain no entered names, masses or references. Up to 30 components per record.

Compare two named operating states

Keep the empty tool and one loaded case separate. Expand your engineering evidence beyond these two records where the application has more material states. Enter evidence references, not guessed approvals.

A traceability check, not a load-capacity calculator

Added 15 October 2026: the component worksheet sums only the entered masses for one named state. A subtotal cannot establish whether every attached item is represented or whether an assembly has been counted twice. Missing inputs and source references withhold the subtotal. Mass alone does not establish centre of gravity, inertia, capacity or suitability.

Universal Robots' UR10e SW10_15 manual keeps mass, centre of gravity and inertia inside a configured load case. KUKA Load accepts those inputs for its own static and dynamic assessments. Neither source verifies a proposed cell, and a filled form cannot replace the exact manufacturer's instructions, application engineering or safety review.
