RobotAtom changeover evidence tool

Where does your tool-change clock stop?

Keep mechanical locking, restored utilities and first acceptable output as separate milestones. Preserve failures and unknowns for the responsible owner's review.

Keep the lock clock separate from the output clock

Enter three events from one agreed run. RobotAtom's proposed start is the last acceptable output with tool A; the finish is the first acceptable output with tool B under the cited rule. Use your agreed boundary explicitly. All timestamps need whole seconds and timezone: for example, 2026-10-16T22:00:00+11:00. Do not infer dates, clock synchronisation or a missed event.

Start-to-lock interval withheld

Start-to-acceptable-output interval withheld

  • Start boundary, configuration and run reference missing
  • Lock-event evidence missing
  • Acceptable-output rule and revision missing
  • First acceptable output evidence missing
  • Start timestamp needs a real date, whole seconds and explicit timezone
  • Lock timestamp needs a real date, whole seconds and explicit timezone
  • Output timestamp needs a real date, whole seconds and explicit timezone
  • Acceptable-output confirmation remains open

Elapsed arithmetic for entered events only; no safety validation, output inspection, statistical performance claim or production permission. A full interval can include failed output and recovery; retain those events in the transition register below. Missing output evidence must not be replaced by the lock timestamp.

Entries remain in this tab and local download. Aggregate events contain no entered values. The tool does not read controller logs, inspect output, compensate for clock error or approve production.

Record each transition, including failed exchanges

Use dated document references, not confidential cell details. Entries stay in this tab until downloaded and disappear when it closes. This tool does not calculate a changeover time or determine which checks your cell requires.

Last acceptable output with tool A
Tool A storage and configured verification
Tool B identity and configured locking verification
Required utilities and communication restored
Tool data and recipe verified
First acceptable output with tool B

6 transitions incomplete

6 failed, unknown or unassessed transitions remain recorded. Completing fields does not resolve exceptions or authorise production.

Generated locally. Aggregate tool-use events contain no entered answers.

Use the installed configuration, not a generic checklist

ATI's QC-310 documentation distinguishes ready-to-lock and lock/unlock sensing, with identity and interlock options depending on the control module. Zimmer's WPR5000 documentation describes storage variants and optional sensing. Neither product page proves your cell's production changeover time or a safety function.

The transition record is RobotAtom's evidence-coordination method. Qualified application owners define the applicable checks and release disposition. Obtain the exact manufacturer instructions and application review; this tool supplies no control logic or production approval.

Clock-boundary method added 16 October 2026: Lean Enterprise Institute defines changeover through the first good piece, while ATI describes coupling signals. RobotAtom's last-acceptable-A start is an agreed convention, not LEI's exact wording. The separate clock record checks entered-event arithmetic only.
