Comparison trims surrounding spaces but preserves case and all other characters. Do not relabel an old capture to make it match. Retain the original and have the asset owner document any mapping, replacement or configuration change separately.

Account for the inspection results
After a run, enter every scheduled requirement and window, including missed readings. Keep retries in that requirement’s notes and identify the retained evidence. Use consistent IDs and window labels. These self-reported counts do not inspect files or certify performance.
Keep the agreed scope unchanged when recording failures. A reviewer assignment alone is not a completed handoff. Blank readings are not zero measurements.
