Service role

RobotAtom provides work scoping, provider discovery, coordination and evidence-record services. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, RobotAtom is not the robotics provider, employer, robot owner, site controller, safety certifier, insurer, payment escrow agent or manufacturer.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect your access and have authority to act for the organisation you identify. You may not use the service to misrepresent capabilities, approvals, evidence or work outcomes.

Work and provider records

Work briefs, capability profiles, proposed matches and reports support commercial evaluation. They are not guarantees of performance, legal compliance, safety or suitability. Customers and providers remain responsible for appropriate due diligence and contracted obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, malicious or unauthorised content; attempt to bypass access controls; interfere with the service; scrape private records; or use RobotAtom to facilitate unsafe or prohibited activity.

Availability and liability

The website may change or experience interruption. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Engagement-specific liability terms belong in a separate written agreement.
