What should a robotics provider submit?
Describe the work your current system can perform, the conditions in which it has been tested and the delivery role your team can take. Separate measured results from specifications, prototypes and roadmap plans. This helps an adopter compare relevant evidence and helps your team avoid an undefined delivery commitment.
Configuration and limits
Name the model, software version, payload or sensing configuration, required infrastructure and exclusions. Distinguish available features from planned development.
Operating evidence
For each result, include the task, date, environment, test method and limitations. Share customer names or site records only with permission. A demonstration is not evidence of continuous production performance.
Delivery and support
