Receiving-team disposition sample

After the transfer test, ask a maintainer using their normal authorised role to record what they can actually do with each sample. Agree the pass rule before reviewing results. Include a normal, review-needed and incomplete or missing case where relevant. Use references, not operational files or personal details. A work item is not proof that a diagnosis is correct.

Transfer-exception ownership log

Record a missing capture, duplicate import, wrong context or unreadable file separately from the receiving team's inspection decision. Name a responsible role, next action and review date. A missing destination reference can stay blank; explain that absence in the issue. Use an authorised test environment, not a live alarm workflow.
