Part family and downstream task

Keep production-frequency samples separate from deliberately difficult cases. The challenge set can expose limits; it cannot estimate how often those limits occur in normal work.

Tested means observed, not necessarily passed. Record failed picks, interventions and placement results in the referenced evidence. No universal sample size is assumed.
